For over 20 years, QMO has been serving both Queens and the entire New York City area. Since we are located in some of the most culturally diverse neighborhoods in the country, where no two patients are the same, we understand the importance of personalized care. Our experienced providers and professional staff are very attentive to the individual needs of each and every one of our patients. We are committed to offering the highest quality medical services and healthcare.

We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule for anyone who has an annual income at or below 100% and between 100% and 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Income verification will be required.

No one will be denied services based on inability to pay and discounts are available based on family size and income.

Health Care You Can Trust
Our providers participate in most insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and managed care plans (HMO's). They are also available as Primary Care Providers (PCP's) or specialists.
We will bill your visit directly to your insurance provider if you supply an updated proof of insurance at each visit. Please check with us to see if our practice is included in your health insurance network.
We are happy to file the claim for you, but the balance is your responsibility if your insurance company or plan does not pay after 30 days. Any amount not covered by your insurance policy is due immediately after you receive your first invoice from us.
We do not turn patients away because of inability to pay. Patients who can demonstrate low-income status may qualify for our discounted rates.
